Google Releases Penguin Update 1.1

Google release Penguin Update 1.1 late Friday night, Google has just launched out the first update to its recent web spam fighting algorithm. thats call it Penguin 1.1

Google’s Teams Matt Cutts twit the news on Twitter, calling it a “data refresh” that impacts less than 1/10 % percent of English language searches.

Webmasters and SEO have been speculating consistently in last weeks that Google had already launched a Penguin update, Matt Cutts specifically says this is the first update launched back on April 24th.

Google has described Penguin update as an algorithm change that aimed to fight with webspam and stop violating Googles quality guidelines.”

If Penguin made search results better. as per Google its an algorithmic change and We wouldn’t consider reconsideration requests made via Webmaster Tool, but it did provide a form for webmasters where webmasters can send request if they believe Penguin had hit their websites by mistake.

After Penguin 1.0 came out, Google Team said that anyone hit by Penguin 1.0 that had been penalized. But there were few examples of sites that didn’t appear to be spamming Google but which yet had traffic drops.
